Refund Policy

At Creations and Crafts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great  pride in the quality of our embroidery & apparel decorating work and strive to meet or exceed your expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

• Custom Orders:

  • Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery & apparel decorating, we do not offer refunds on items that have been customized unless there is a defect or error in the embroidery that is directly attributable to our work.
  • Please carefully review your order details, including spelling, color, and design choices, before finalizing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for errors once the design has been approved.

• Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive an item that is defective or does not match the design specifications approved in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to either correct the issue or offer a full refund.
  • To process your claim, please provide a clear photo of the defect or error along with a description of the issue and send to Tinap@creationsandcrafts.com

• Order Cancellations:

  • Orders for custom embroidery can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, we may have already started working on your order, and refunds will no longer be available.

• Shipping Costs:

  • Refunds for defective or incorrect items will include the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
  • If the refund is issued for reasons other than a defect or error on our part, shipping costs will not be refunded.

• Processing Time:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

• Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges for custom embroidery & apparel decorated items. If you require a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, please follow the instructions under "Defective or Incorrect Items."

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your paid order confirmation. Custom embroidery & apparel decorated items may require additional processing time due to the personalized nature of the products.
  • We strive to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

• Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Standard Shipping: 4-5 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Express Shipping: overnight
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

• Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates to ensure your order is delivered at a reasonable cost.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount. Please check our website or promotional materials for details on current free shipping offers.

• Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

• Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you realize that you've made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at tinap@creationsandcrafts.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

• Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of the package. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Please retain all packaging and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

• Shipping Restrictions:
